What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing.

Independently drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts and budgets.

Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff.

Develop and implement local strategies and business plans to generate high-performing sales.

Leverage emerging technologies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.

What is Required (Qualifications):

BS/BA degree required.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.

Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role.

Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry.

Ability to comply with all corporate and industry policies and regulations.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with product launches.

Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory.

Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant tools.

Background in marketing and commercial experiences within the biotech/pharma industry.

Knowledge of financial processes and Market Access.
