What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Independently drive sales performance, ensuring forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded
Build and develop professional relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff within the assigned territory
Collaborate with District Sales Manager to develop local strategies and business plans for high‑performing sales
Utilize emerging technologies and promotional resources to enhance sales effectiveness in the territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Product launch experience is a plus
Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools
Marketing and commercial experience with an understanding of financial processes
Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
