What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Educate healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Drive sales performance and meet or exceed assigned budgets and forecasts
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals
Develop and execute local strategies to enhance sales performance in the assigned territory
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to capitalize on formulary approvals and drive product utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with product launches in the pharmaceutical industry
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM and other digital tools
Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
Knowledge of the regulatory environment within the biotech/pharma industry
