What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and sell primary care products to healthcare providers, driving sales performance within the assigned territory
Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales results
Leverage emerging technologies and tools to enhance sales performance and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related transferable sales experience
Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with product launches in the pharmaceutical industry
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM and Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of financial processes and Market Access within the biotech/pharma industry
Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with industry regulations
