What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Educate healthcare professionals about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles

Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded

Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals

Develop and implement a strategic business plan in collaboration with cross‑functional partners

Utilize emerging technologies to enhance sales performance and effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications)

BS/BA degree required

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales experience

Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role

Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry and clinical skills

Experience with product launches

Established relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory

Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools

Marketing and project management experience within the biotech/pharma industry
