What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy/safety profiles
Independently drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts and budgets
Build and develop professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive utilization of approved primary care products
Develop and implement strategic business plans for high-performing sales within assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related transferable sales experience
Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Product launch experience is a plus
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
Marketing and commercial experience with knowledge of financial processes and Market Access
Ability to analyze and convey complex information effectively
