What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support appropriate prescribing
Drive sales performance independently, ensuring forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance sales in the assigned territory
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize product utilization and address customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales
Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Product launch experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Established relationships with key stakeholders within the territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and call planning tools
Knowledge of financial processes, Market Access, and regulatory environment in biotech/pharma
Marketing and commercial experience is a plus
