What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts and budgets within the assigned territory
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement strategic business plans in collaboration with the District Sales Manager
Utilize various promotional resources to enhance sales effectiveness and capitalize on market opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of high performance in sales-focused roles
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with product launches in the pharmaceutical industry
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
Marketing experience with knowledge of financial processes and market access
Skills in clinical knowledge within the medical or pharmacy industry
