What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts and budgets within the assigned territory
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Anticipate potential barriers to achieving sales goals and propose effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Product launch experience is a plus
Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders is a plus
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and other digital tools is preferred
Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes is advantageous
Skills in clinical knowledge related to the medical or pharmacy industry is preferred
