What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Educate healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing
Independently drive sales performance to meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement strategic business plans in collaboration with cross‑functional partners
Manage customer objections effectively and provide education through approved programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales-focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Product launch experience
Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
Skills in clinical knowledge related to the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry
