What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing

Independently drive sales performance and ensure forecasts meet or exceed expectations

Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff

Develop and implement local strategies and business plans to enhance sales in the assigned territory

Anticipate barriers to achieving goals and propose solutions for success

What is Required (Qualifications):

BS/BA degree required

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, or related transferable sales experience

Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role

Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with product launches

Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory

Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools

Marketing and commercial experience within the biotech/pharma industry

Knowledge of financial processes and Market Access
