What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts and budgets within the assigned territory
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement local strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and capitalize on market opportunities
Handle customer objections and provide insightful feedback to internal teams for strategic planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related transferable sales experience
Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in product launches and established relationships within the territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and call planning tools
Marketing and commercial experience with knowledge of financial processes and regulatory environments in the biotech/pharma industry
Strong skills in clinical knowledge related to the medical and pharmacy industry
