What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Independently drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales forecasts and budgets
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive high‑performing sales in the assigned territoryCollaborate with cross‑functional partners to optimize product utilization and capitalize on market opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales
Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Product launch experience is a plus
Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools
Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
Skills in clinical knowledge of the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry
