What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing

Drive sales performance and ensure forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed expectations

Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff

Develop and implement strategic business plans to generate high-performing sales in the assigned territory

Leverage emerging technologies to enhance sales performance and improve proficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

BS/BA degree required

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, or related transferable sales experience

Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role

Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Product launch experience is a plus

Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory

Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools

Marketing and commercial experience with an understanding of financial processes

Knowledge of the regulatory environment within the biotech/pharma industry
