Concreteworks East, a custom manufacturer of architectural concrete products, is seeking an experienced Sales & Estimating Manager to lead our sales and estimating teams. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring accurate proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Sales and Estimating staff, including a Junior Estimator, Inside Sales Representative, and Outside Sales Representative.

Perform senior estimating duties, including quantity take-offs, budgets, and proposals.

Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members as needed.

Support sales staff during new customer meetings, presentations, and calls.

Follow up with potential clients to ensure contract awards and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Host internal and external meetings to align teams and support client engagement.

Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, client data, and sales pipeline.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering accountability and growth.

Work directly with architects, contractors, and developers on architectural building product projects.

Requirements Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience managing sales and estimating teams.

Strong estimating background with experience in architectural building products.

Proficiency in quantity take-offs, budgets, and proposal preparation.

CRM experience required; Salesforce experience highly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a team while also managing client-facing responsibilities.
