
Job Description
Concreteworks East, a custom manufacturer of architectural concrete products, is seeking an experienced Sales & Estimating Manager to lead our sales and estimating teams. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring accurate proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Sales and Estimating staff, including a Junior Estimator, Inside Sales Representative, and Outside Sales Representative. • Perform senior estimating duties, including quantity take-offs, budgets, and proposals. • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members as needed. • Support sales staff during new customer meetings, presentations, and calls. • Follow up with potential clients to ensure contract awards and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Host internal and external meetings to align teams and support client engagement. • Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, client data, and sales pipeline. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering accountability and growth. • Work directly with architects, contractors, and developers on architectural building product projects.
Requirements
Qualifications: • Proven leadership experience managing sales and estimating teams. • Strong estimating background with experience in architectural building products. • Proficiency in quantity take-offs, budgets, and proposal preparation. • Bluebeam experience preferred. • CRM experience required; Salesforce experience highly preferred. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to lead and mentor a team while also managing client-facing responsibilities.
