
SolutionStream is seeking a proactive Enterprise Sales Account Executive to drive new business through direct sales of software and services.

A SolutionStream Sales Account Executive must be able to:
Engage in new and existing client development activities which includes cold calling, sourcing, qualifying initial clients, identifying executive decision makers, establishing contact relationships and follow-up client visits.
Drive SolutionStream's future growth by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into satisfied SolutionStream customers.
Develop long-term partnerships with globally recognized companies.
Be an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, especially CXO level.
Have experience working with and closing sales in mid-market companies and enterprise organizations.
Have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex, multi-party sale in a highly consultative manner.
Accustomed to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on opportunities that require strategic thinking, combined with technical knowledge.
Get excited about prospecting, and are capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish.
Requirements:
5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets etc.) Ability to engage clients at all levels, especially the C-Suite and Senior Executive level. Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results. A proven track record of over-achieving quotas of $1,000,000 or more. Consultative selling experience - Able to partner with clients, establish trust, understand their needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business. Organized and methodical; Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills. Regularly assess performance against goals, achieve sales goals. Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environments Experience selling technology services, custom software solutions and staffing very desirable.
