The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department by planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that drive sales and strengthen brand awareness. This role is hands‑on and collaborative, working across teams and with external vendors to support campaigns, content development, events, specialty advertising programs, and new product launches—particularly for our wholesale division.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Duties Campaign Execution

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.

Support campaign timelines, asset coordination, and execution to ensure on‑time delivery.

Content Creation

Create and coordinate marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, brochures, and other promotional assets.

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Marketing Events

Help plan and coordinate trade shows, product launches, customer events, and promotional activities.

Manage logistics, vendor coordination, materials, and on‑site support as needed.

Market Research

Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

Compile insights to support campaign planning and marketing strategy.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance, sales data, and key marketing metrics.

Assist with reporting and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Administrative & Coordination Support

Maintain marketing databases and promotional materials inventory.

Assist with managing specialty advertising programs and marketing budgets.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Product Launch Support

Help coordinate marketing efforts for new product launches, with a focus on supporting the wholesale division.

Other Requirements

Pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol screen and criminal background check.

Be able to provide valid documentation to provide proof of citizenship in accordance with I‑9 document.

Display a professional and courteous attitude.

Report to work at the designated start time.

Willing to travel to various work sites or training as required.

Willing to work overtime, nights and weekends when necessary.

Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures and comply with the Company’s “Stop Work” policy.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as directed.

Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co‑workers and Supervisor with other duties as required.

Enthusiastically engage in opportunities for personal, team and organizational growth and productivity.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

1–2 years of marketing experience in a coordinator, assistant, or similar support role (internships or relevant hands‑on experience may be considered).

Exposure to executing marketing campaigns, creating content, or supporting events is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content and collaborate effectively across teams.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with social media platforms and content calendar planning.

Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and content management systems (CMS).

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Microsoft Office products.

Organizational & Project Management Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

High attention to detail and ability to follow processes while adapting to changing needs.

Working Conditions, Hours, Travel

Ability to work in an office or occasionally in warehouse environment and remote settings with standard noise levels and lighting; when in outdoor or warehouse environment may be exposed to various temperatures, dust, etc.

This is a full‑time position. The standard hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Occasional travel is expected.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.

Repetitive hand, finger and wrist movements while operating a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and other standard office equipment.

Ability to view and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and digital media for extended period.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to hear and understand spoken information during meetings, presentations, or phone/video calls.

Ability to lift and carry light materials (e.g., documents, marketing collateral) weighing up to 25 pounds.

Compensation And Benefits

$23‑$25 per hour
