Job Description
We’re hiring a modern digital marketer who understands that today’s marketing is AI‑assisted, data‑driven, and constantly evolving. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early‑career professional trained in today’s digital and AI‑focused programs – not outdated marketing playbooks.
If you actively use AI tools, enjoy testing ideas, and think in terms of data and performance, we want to talk to you. This is an in‑person on‑site job.
Key Responsibilities
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to support:
Content creation and optimization
SEO research and page improvements
Ad copy testing and performance analysis
Assist with SEO, paid search, website optimization, and conversion tracking.
Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools.
Help build and improve automation workflows for marketing and reporting.
Stay current on AI, search algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field and/or some experience.
Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging marketing technology.
Familiarity with:
AI content or research tools
SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
Analytics platforms (Google Analytics or similar)
Comfortable learning quickly and adapting to change.
Hands‑on experience with:
Prompt engineering
Marketing automation or no‑code tools
A/B testing or conversion optimization
Internships, coursework, or personal projects using AI or growth marketing.
Experience: Recent Graduate and/or some experience.
Pay $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
