Serve as the primary contact between assigned Service Line Directors and Practice Managers, advocating for Patient Financial Services processes. Analyze monthly reports to identify patterns and trends in high-volume denials and provide recommendations for resolution. Facilitate meetings to determine corrective steps for denial issues and communicate findings to leadership. Develop and distribute statistical reporting dashboards aligned with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Educate and train staff on billing operations and third-party regulations to enhance accuracy and reduce denials. What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required. 3 - 5 years of clinical, healthcare operations, or revenue cycle experience. Comprehensive knowledge of medical/hospital billing practices, billing software, and healthcare insurance regulations. Proficiency in Epic or related hospital ADT/Billing software. Strong analytical skills to create and interpret financial reports. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Epic proficiency or certification in Resolute PB. Experience in a healthcare setting with documented business processes. Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding principles. Ability to effectively manage projects with defined scope and duration. Demonstrated skills in multitasking and conflict resolution.
