What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary contact and advocate between Service Line Directors and Practice Managers regarding billing processes
Analyze and report on monthly write-offs and denial trends to enhance revenue cycle performance
Facilitate meetings to address denial resolutions and implement corrective actions
Develop and distribute reports for Revenue Cycle Leadership and maintain documentation on billing guidelines
Educate staff and providers on billing operations and regulatory compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
3 - 5 years of clinical, healthcare operations, or revenue cycle experience
Comprehensive knowledge of medical/hospital billing practices and regulations
Proficiency in Epic or related hospital ADT/Billing software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret financial reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Epic proficiency or certification in Resolute PB
Experience in managing projects with defined scope and duration
Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding principles
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to navigate conflict resolution effectively
