Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Calibration and Repair Services Account Manager based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving sales of calibration and repair services, and building strong relationships with both new and current clients. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer service inquiries, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure compliance with industry standards in alignment with Techmaster's quality-focused mission.
Qualifications
Expertise in Account Management, including maintaining and expanding client relationships
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring positive client experiences
Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of calibration and repair services or similar technical industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, engineering, or a related field
Comfortable working on-site in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area
