Job Responsibilities
Understand and implement dealership sales process (provided through sales handbook)
Commit to every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and sales certifications
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Qualifications & Skills
Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS. Additional training will be provided to help develop your sales talents
Dependable, responsible and dedicated
Sensitive to client’s needs, can develop warm client relationships
Comfortable with computers & software
Compensation is based on experience and performance
