Who You Are We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid media, SEM, SEO/GEO, and conversion performance across digital channels. This role will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
The ideal candidate is both
strategic and hands-on , with strong project management skills, deep experience in paid media and analytics, SEM, SEO, and emerging GEO practices. Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, testing, and analysis is highly valued.

Reports to:
Managing Director of Marketing
What You'll Do Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Plan, build, manage, and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with possible additional platforms including Pinterest and YouTube.
Partner with the Managing Director of Marketing to develop cross-channel paid media strategies aligned with brand, merchandising, and revenue goals.
Own day-to-day campaign execution, including keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and landing page alignment.
Manage and allocate paid media budgets across channels, forecasting performance and optimizing toward key efficiency metrics such as ROAS and CPA.
Lead ongoing A/B testing and experimentation to improve performance across ads, audiences, and landing pages.
Proven experience in creative testing and iteration, including designing test frameworks (e.g. concept tests, hooks, CTAs) and scaling high-performing ads
Coordinate with creative team on new ad development
Stay up-to-date on platform updates and algorithm changes to inform campaign and bid optimization
SEO, GEO & Conversion Optimization
Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to increase high-intent organic traffic and improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
Use SEMrush to create keyword strategies, conduct technical SEO audits, and implement on-site SEO/GEO optimizations in collaboration with the Digital Content Manager.
Provide keyword guidance and strategic direction for SEO/GEO-rich blog content and evergreen site pages.
Recommend and prioritize CRO improvements to enhance user engagement and lead generation.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic quality, and conversion performance, tying SEO/GEO efforts directly to business outcomes.
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
Assist with tracking and analyzing KPIs across SEM, SEO/GEO, paid media, CRO, website performance, email, and digital campaigns.
Own dashboard development and reporting, including maintaining and expanding Databox reporting capabilities.
Utilize GA4, platform analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets to surface insights and performance trends.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution through Google Tag Manager and platform-native tools.
Optimize marketing strategies based on data insights, testing results, and performance analysis.
What You Bring
Required Skills & Experience
5-7+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
Direct experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; experience with Pinterest and YouTube advertising is a plus.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, technical SEO, and how organic and paid channels work together. Expertise in SEMrush.
Proficiency in GA4, conversion tracking, attribution models, and Google Tag Manager.
Advanced analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboarding, and data visualization.
Experience working cross‑functionally with creative, content, and leadership teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred
Experience with premium, luxury, or high‑consideration brands.
Familiarity with GEO, structured data, and content optimization for AI‑driven search and discovery.
Experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, analysis, or testing workflows.
Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
