Responsibilities • Palm Point is currently recruiting for

Business Development Representative.

The Business Development Representative represents the facility to the community, interested persons and potential referral sources within the identified market service area. They assist in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan. Assists the Director of Business Development in the development and coordination of projects. Performs local marketing functions as assigned by the Director. This position involves daily travel in a defined geographic territory to meet with contacts with primary referral sources including hospitals, crisis centers, psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health professionals, other physicians and other community resources.

Location & Facility Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74‑bed behavioral health hospital located in Titusville, Florida, minutes from Cape Canaveral. It treats adults, children and adolescents that suffer from a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses including depression, anxiety and substance abuse in a modern and well‑appointed facility. Palm Point serves communities in Brevard County and beyond. Titusville, located on Florida’s Space Coast, is approximately 30‑miles north of historic Cocoa Beach, and 40‑miles east of Orlando’s famous theme parks. It offers abundant activities along the Atlantic shore and a friendly community.

Qualifications Job requirements

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, a behavioral health area, or related field preferred. RN or LPN preferred.

Experience :

Proven Sales Experience – Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the Volusia County region.

Local Market Knowledge – In‑depth understanding of the Volusia County business landscape, including key industries, competitors, and networking opportunities to develop strategic relationships.

Excellent Communication & Networking Skills – Ability to engage with local business leaders, attend regional networking events, and build long‑term partnerships to drive growth and expand market presence.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a well‑developed knowledge of the geographical area assigned.
