As the Assistant Manager, Global Product Marketing, Travel Retail / Promo, you will play a pivotal role in driving category growth and consumer engagement through strategic initiatives and planning for Travel Retail. The position will report to the Vice President of Global Product Marketing – Merchandise & Promo. What You’ll Be Working On

Manage the development and execution of gift sets + new wips + GWPs (Gift with Purchase) for Travel Retail, ensuring alignment with brand vision, consumer preferences, and market demands. Own product lifecycle from creative inception to delivery including daily vendor communication, relationship development, and negotiations to deliver high-quality, brand-enhancing products on time, and within budget. Constantly assess the latest market trends to inform disruptive innovation and growth opportunities within the category, applying consumer insights and competitive analysis to future development. Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, translating and presenting actionable insights to drive business growth. Must Haves

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in merchandise planning, promotions, or related roles within the beauty or consumer goods industry. Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic merchandise and promotional initiatives to drive sales and profitability. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage cost of goods and cost of goods sold. Ability to leverage consumer insights and market data to inform decision-making and drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Leadership ability to manage and motivate others.
