Job Summary As a Marketing Specialist at Keel, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and analyzing branding, market research, advertising, public relations, sales promotions and sales to promote company growth through inventive, imaginative and creative endeavors.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop, provide and execute marketing tools (content development, customer discovery maps, event planning, promotional items, etc.) to assist with business development.
Exceptional judgment and discretion are required as position often deals with matters of significant confidential information, such as organizational direction and position changes.
Conduct market research to identify clients, sector opportunities and competition.
Create marketing collateral, including sales sheets, brochures, presentations and electronic campaigns.
Concept development and execution to reach target audience through appropriate channels such as social media, company websites, e‑mail, radio, press releases, digital display boards, etc.
Organize and assist with marketing activities including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibits.
Responsible to ensure high‑quality standards for submitted proposals and maximizing our probability of winning new business.
Position requires a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements Education and Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
3-5 years of professional experience within the Marketing field
Required Skills and Abilities
Marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment, communicate with multiple company leaders and stakeholders and ability to prioritize work with multiple deadlines.
Candidate must have a strong command of the written word, an eye for design and a high degree of creativity to help Keel stand out in the marketplace.
Experience with social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as confidence in modern design programs such as InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.

Travel Requirements
Occasional travel may be required.
Physical Requirements
May require standing, walking, or front desk coverage for extended periods
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times (e.g., files, office supplies, etc.).
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with production team members, leadership, and visitors, both verbally and in writing.
Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or reach within the office setting.
Work Environment
On‑site role in a manufacturing facility, regular work environment will be in an office setting.
When on manufacturing floor, possible exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. Eye protection is required. Fumes, machine vibration, noisy conditions, high temperatures, and occasional potential to a restricted space work area possible.
