Our client, a family-owned high-end paper, packaging, and janitorial supply company, seeks a motivated salesperson to join their New Jersey and New York City team.

This role will focus on building relationships with Chefs, Restaurant Owners, and multi-unit hospitality Groups in the NY/NJ area. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from leadership, including joint sales calls. You'll be expected to meet with customers face-to-face 3 days a week in the NYC area to foster strong client relationships. Our client values a consultative approach and a collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates will be open to learning and embracing the company's established processes and culture. Compensation includes a first-year salary guarantee of $95,000 plus commissions, with average sales totaling $4 million and on-target earnings of $300,000. The benefits package is also excellent.
