Key Responsibilities
Represent clients at
community events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Engage with the public to
share information, promote initiatives, and inspire participation
Assist with
event setup, registration, and logistics
Help create and distribute
on‑site communications, promotional materials, and messaging
Track
attendance, engagement, and community interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure
consistent messaging and successful event execution
Participate in
training and professional development workshops
Qualifications
Passionate about
public relations, communications, and community engagement
Outgoing, friendly, and confident in
face‑to‑face interactions
Strong verbal
communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and able to
handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced event environment
Team player but able to work independently
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Available for
weekends and evening events
