What You’ll Lead
A preconstruction efforts for a GC with over 45 years of success, delivering $15M–$250M+ projects across mixed‑use, institutional, industrial, life sciences, healthcare, and multifamily sectors.
Early project strategy, design collaboration, and conceptual budgeting
Quantity surveys, bid evaluations, and subcontractor engagement
RFP responses that position the team to win competitive pursuits
Mentorship and development of a growing preconstruction team
Direct partnership with owners, architects, engineers, and senior leadership
Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) distributions
401(k) with match
Vehicle allowance + gas card
23 days PTO, including some federal holidays
Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Construction Science, Civil/Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience
10+ years developing conceptual budgets for GMAX proposals
Strong communication and client‑facing presence
Deep experience with subcontractor bidding and detailed estimating
Charleston market relationships (preferred)
