Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial clients, ensuring responsive and consistent service. Manage the full renewal process, including gathering underwriting information, marketing to carriers, reviewing quotes, and preparing renewal proposals. Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and billing inquiries accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve coverage or servicing issues. Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant client records within the agency management system. Support clients through the claims process by acting as a liaison with carriers and internal claims teams. Partner with Producers and Account Executives to support retention, account growth, and cross‑selling opportunities. Identify potential coverage gaps and proactively recommend solutions to enhance client programs. What are we looking for?

3–7+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management, preferably within a brokerage environment. Working knowledge of commercial insurance products such as General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Umbrella. Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain). Experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred. Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 – $135,000, and will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
