Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned private client accounts, building strong and trusted client relationships. Manage the full renewal lifecycle, including gathering exposure information, coordinating with carriers, reviewing quotes, and presenting coverage options. Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing inquiries, and other servicing needs accurately and efficiently. Partner closely with Producers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and compliant client documentation within the agency management system. Support clients with claims by acting as a liaison and ensuring timely communication and resolution. Proactively identify coverage gaps, service improvements, and opportunities to enhance the client experience. What are we looking for?
3–7+ years of experience in private client, personal lines, or high-net-worth insurance account management. Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (e.g., homeowners, auto, umbrella, valuables). Exceptional client service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail. Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain). Experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office preferred. Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 – $135,000, and will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
