We service over 900 properties with a service area of Panama City Beach to Destin, FL
This position is based in our office in Panama City, FL
You will connect with leads and customers to establish new relationships or maintain and grow existing accounts. I nteract with prospects and customers via phone, email, or other electronic methods. Communicating with customers
Making outbound calls to potential customers
Developing new leads
Creating and maintaining customer database
Explaining product features and benefits
Closing sales and achieving quotas
Processing quotes and orders for customers
Pursuing product and application knowledge
Prospecting for additional organic growth from existing customer base
Using upselling tactics to secure the best possible deal
Following up with clients to ensure an excellent customer service experience
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Acting as a liaison
Providing product/services information
Resolving any emerging problems that customer accounts might face
Maintain Calendars and Appointments
Mail Sorting
Making Copies
Directing Phone Calls
General Office Assistance
Requirements
Construction or Property Management Experience Preferred But Not Required. Must be a team player and interested in building / motivating your teammates Willing to learn new computer systems Willing to understand company vision and focus on building from that vision On Time and Dependable Willing to handle some remote work from home in evenings
