We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Account Representative and Estimator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, estimating practices, and sales techniques.
They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing accurate estimates for construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Identify new sales opportunities
Qualify leads and schedule appointments
Prepare proposals and close deals
Manage customer relationships

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or Verifiable InField Experience
3+ years of experience as a Construction Account Representative or Estimator
Strong understanding of construction principles, estimating practices, and sales techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient with Google, Microsoft, and estimating softwares
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
