Kim Varnadore State Farm is seeking a service-oriented and sales-driven Multiline Representative who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer care, and confidently recommending insurance solutions that protect individuals and families throughout Central Florida.
This role blends high-level service with proactive sales. You will support existing customers, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to grow coverage through needs-based conversations. Florida Licensing Requirements Florida requires proper state licensing to sell and service insurance products.
For this role:
An active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license or 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) license is required prior to starting in the office.
If not currently licensed, you must obtain the appropriate Florida Property & Casualty license before your Day 1 start date.
Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity license must be obtained within 45 days of starting.
Full licensing support, guidance, and resources are provided to help you complete the process successfully.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide clear, accurate coverage information
Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently recommend appropriate auto, home, renters, and life insurance solutions
Quote, present, and close policies while delivering a professional, service-first experience
Support policy updates, renewals, and service requests while identifying cross-sell opportunities
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and referrals
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Florida insurance regulations
Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to generate new business
Collaborate with team members to meet individual and office production goals
