Up to $130k base salary + benefits

Key Responsibilities
Review drawings, specifications, and attend pre-bid meetings to define project scope
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
Develop and submit formal proposals and bids
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
Issue preconstruction RFIs and maintain estimate documentation
Participate in proposal presentations and project handoffs
Support pricing for change orders and extra work items
Collaborate with the broader preconstruction and estimating team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Previous preconstruction or estimating experience preferred
Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to visualize concrete construction
Ability to produce accurate estimates independentlyExcellent communication and client-facing abilities
Team-focused approach and willingness to go the extra mile
