Job Summary We’re looking for a dynamic Call Center Outreach Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the voice of AutoPayPlus, connecting with members to provide exceptional service, offer financial solutions, and strengthen long‑term relationships. You’ll play a key role in outbound calling campaigns, inbound transfers, and appointment management while working in a supportive, collaborative, and growth‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

Member Engagement:

Proactively conduct outbound calls, handle inbound transfers, and manage Calendly appointments to improve member satisfaction and engagement.

Sales & Upselling:

Recommend and upsell financial products (auto, mortgage, personal, student loans) that best fit members’ needs.

Reenrollments:

Reconnect with members who canceled due to refinance or early payoff, offering opportunities for continued services.

Problem Solving:

Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear solutions or referrals.

System Navigation:

Efficiently use tools like Creatio CRM, Five9 dialer, Outlook, and internal systems for documentation, follow‑up, and campaign tracking.

Compliance & Transparency:

Clearly explain program details, fees, and policies while maintaining integrity and compliance.

Campaign Execution:

Execute outbound calling campaigns aligned with team goals and scripts, while meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Collaboration:

Partner with sister departments, share feedback, and participate in ongoing training and team initiatives.

Professional Tone:

Maintain a respectful, positive, and brand‑aligned approach in every member interaction.

Qualifications The position generally requires an individual to have the following qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in a call center, outreach, or sales role

Background in financial services, fintech, or compliance‑driven industries

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Creatio and dialers like Five9

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service and time management abilities

Persuasive sales skills with financial product awareness

High attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple systems

Empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening skills

Commitment to integrity, compliance, and transparency

Results‑driven with adaptability in a fast‑paced call center environment

Team‑oriented, proactive, and coachable

Working conditions The work is performed in an office setting, with one weekend per month dedicated to remote support.

Physical requirements The position is not physically demanding.
