We're seeking a technical

Sales Design Engineer

who combines engineering expertise with business development skills in our Western Territory.

You'll drive revenue growth by winning design‑ins, building customer relationships, and demonstrating how our foil resistor technology solves complex engineering challenges in the Western Territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive design‑in activities with design engineers at customer sites through face‑to‑face technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in markets where foil resistor technology delivers competitive advantages.

Manage projects from initial contact through production confirmation, ensuring customer success and meeting revenue targets.

Collaborate with application engineers to recommend optimal technical solutions and secure design wins.

Support distributor partners with training and joint account development.

Education & Experience

BSEE preferred ; other technical engineering degrees considered.

5+ years face‑to‑face

technical electronics sales

with proven design‑in success.

Passive electronic components

experience required.

Military/Aerospace/Communications/Semiconducto r or distribution experience a plus.

MUST reside in the

AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA .

Travel Extensive territory travel required up to 50% (company car or approved air travel provided).

Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual’s unique set of knowledge, skills, education, experience and geographic location, as well as internal equity.
