What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prospect and run Genius Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants

Explain the value proposition and demonstrate the cloud‑based Point of Sale solution to prospective clients

Maintain regular communication with the Point‑of‑Sale District Manager and set appointments with business owners

Utilize CRM platforms like Atlas and Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, and client financial analysis

Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting appointments to secure quotas

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must be 18 years of age or older

Valid driver's license necessary for regular driving to client sites

Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time

High school diploma or GED

At least two years of relevant experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills

Experience in the Restaurant and/or Retail industry

Strong incentive‑driven sales mindset and high sense of urgency

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Enjoyment in cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions
