IT Hardware Asset Management

team supports intake of technology and provisioning, including lifecycle management and inventory of all hardware items and peripherals. While the Seattle team focuses on corporate users, the Denver team will support store and retail spaces across the country. Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain accurate data throughout the full lifecycle and inventory of all hardware.

Overview IT Hardware Asset Management Analysts use communication, technical, and analytical skills to deliver, maintain, and optimize scalable solutions. Analysts are expected to drive process improvement, technology adoption, data‑driven decision making, and high‑quality customer service to end‑users.

Key Responsibilities

Have general knowledge of IT hardware, peripherals, and specifications (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, shared devices, printers, retail selling devices).

Analyze device options to meet business needs, ensuring technical compatibility.

Process customer requests for new device orders, break‑fix, or replacements per existing policy and guidance.

Maintain accurate device inventory and organization for all devices across multiple locations; prioritize and drive tasks to support program scope.

Stay informed on industry practices, strategies, and retail technology processes.

Use technology tools and platforms, including PC/Mac desktops, laptops, retail selling devices, and mobile devices.

Key Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Analyst, Financial Analyst, Logistics, or Technician experience.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Prior experience with ServiceNow ITSM (a plus).

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with logistics or reporting (nice to have).

Financial background beneficial (analytical skills, reporting).

Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Centennial, CO (fully onsite).

Pay And Benefits The pay range is $24.50 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on classification and length of employment. Benefits for this temporary role may include:
