Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Infrastructure Technical Writer - GA to join their team. As a Infrastructure Technical Writer - GA, you will be part of the Documentation Support team supporting technical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Alpharetta or Marietta, GA on site 5 days per week
What's the Job?
Research and analyze requirements for new infrastructure environment builds. Create and maintain complex Visio flow diagrams illustrating transaction traffic patterns, network connectivity, and system components. Collaborate with project managers to develop documentation strategies and schedules. Work closely with technical SMEs and engineers to gather detailed technical build information. Author and publish comprehensive documentation for internal support teams and platform engineering. What's Needed?
Four-year college degree, preferably in Computer Science or English. Minimum of ten years experience producing technical documentation in systems/hardware and data center infrastructure. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Word. Experience with HTML or XML authoring, and understanding of technical infrastructure concepts. Ability to work directly with highly technical SMEs and engineers, ask questions, and interpret complex technical information. What's in it for me?
