Our client, a leading name in recreation and outdoor fitness equipment, is searching for an
Outside Sales Representative
to join their dynamic team. This is a unique chance to leverage your experience and network to break into the rewarding world of
playgrounds and outdoor fitness sales !
Your Role: As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like
Architectural Contractors, Landscape Contractors, Builders, Housing Complexes, Schools, Daycares, Fitness Facilities and Recreation Centers.
Your role combines prospecting for new opportunities with strengthening existing partnerships, while making impactful presentations that inspire clients to reimagine community spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Deliver compelling presentations (small and large groups) tailored to clients’ needs.
Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, offering guidance throughout the sales process.
Stay informed on industry trends and product innovations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Min. 3+ years in
Education, Parks and Recreation and/or Construction
industries.
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Stellar presentation abilities, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
Drive:
A self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel within the territory and attend events/tradeshows.
Base/Guarantee Draw $80,000+ year 1
Uncapped Commissions
Expense Package (Mileage, Phone & Corporate Card)
Full Benefits Package, 401K
