Job Functions Process Sales paperwork for sales’ team Submit paperwork for lease approvals Acquire trade-up information to upgrade leases Enter equipment into ERP for service calls Add assigned equipment to customer profile in ERP Build new customer records after new sales is complete Monitor sales order workflow to assure efficient processing (SalesChain) Coordinate with ITT dealers for out of area installs / deliveries Update and maintain tracker spreadsheet
General Administrative Duties Answer incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible Greet, assist and/or direct clients, visitors, and the public to the appropriate Function4 team member Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls with Function4 team members
General Duties Maintain knowledge of developments, trends, and best practices within industry Project a positive corporate image within the community and with prospective employees Embody Function4 values
Other Duties as Assigned Working Conditions General working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with limited absences/tardiness. Additional hours as required to complete objectives. Attend occasional webinars and training Deliver on Company mission, vision, and core values Appropriate business casual attire Comply with Employee Handbook Background check and drug testing upon employment

Knowledge and Skills Associates degree or equivalent experience or comparable education. Emphasis in Business Administration preferred Strong understanding of basic business concepts and office procedures 2+ years’ experience in office support role Ability to interface with customers and coworkers on a professional and personable level Ability to utilize computer and navigate software comfortably Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of an ERP system desired or a strong desire to learn. E-automate experience a plus Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, strong time management
