About the Role
Maintain and grow ICONIX's customer base by utilizing professional selling skills to identify customer needs
Understand customer’s needs and look for opportunities to expand business by offering other goods or services
Source information about client’s business to anticipate opportunities to provide products and service to the customer
Submit quote to customer outlining pricing of all required supplies and materials for the customer’s construction bids

Who We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of sales experience or another related field where building & retaining a dedicated customer base was valued
Build strong relationships and love talking to people
Prioritize ruthlessly and focus on the highest value activities
Thrive working independently and autonomously
Staying on-task in a sometimes chaotic environment when multitasking is required
Maintains a clear channel of communication with customers and associates, aligning with ICONIX's values, commit to quality, and delivering on promises
A valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel up to 50% percent of the time

Base Pay: $80,000 Annually
Sales Incentive Program (Commission Plan)
