This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong business development skills and a passion for building relationships in the mid-market segment. You will focus on closing deals, managing partner ecosystems, and driving revenue growth across a defined territory. The position requires fluency in both German and English and offers the opportunity to influence regional go-to-market strategies, recruit and enable partners, and contribute directly to revenue outcomes. You will engage closely with marketing, sales leaders, and partners to create measurable impact, while operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. The role is contractor-based until a regional office is established, offering flexibility and autonomy. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build long-term partner and client relationships.

Accountabilities

Drive new business development and manage a robust sales pipeline within your assigned territory, targeting companies with 51–1000 employees.

Prospect effectively to build a 3–5X pipeline and manage both inbound and outbound lead flow.

Recruit, enable, and maintain relationships with partners, aligning their strengths to regional accounts and revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing to execute events, campaigns, and partner programs that generate awareness and drive sales.

Set financial goals for focus partners and ensure successful achievement of revenue targets.

Track, report, and communicate sales pipeline and channel performance to leadership, ensuring visibility and accurate forecasting.

Execute territory planning, sales initiatives, and short- and long-term revenue-driving activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

4–8 years of experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in high-tech or IT security products.

Fluency in German and English is required.

Proven track record of achieving quota targets and driving partner revenue growth.

Experience with SMB/SME-focused resellers, VARs, MSPs, and integrators in a multi-state or regional context.

Strong relationship-building skills, able to influence decision-makers across all levels.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Proficiency with CRM tools, G Suite, MS Office, and experience leveraging partner ecosystems to drive business.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
