Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional

Sales Representative & Project Estimator

to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and build long‑term customer relationships. This role combines outside sales, project estimating, and customer service. Industry experience is helpful but not required—we will provide training.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial clients and project opportunities

Prepare accurate estimates for sod installation, seed & mulch, hydroseeding, grassing, and related commercial projects

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Attend site visits, gather measurements, and understand project scope

Follow up on bids, proposals, and leads

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction

Represent the company professionally in the field

Qualifications

Sales experience

preferred , especially in construction, landscaping, or related industries

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Ability to read site plans or willingness to learn

Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Comfortable meeting clients in the field and on job sites

Compensation & Benefits

$22/hour

during training
