What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs

Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders

Represent the employer brand with integrity and professionalism

Adapt to different environments and schedules while maintaining customer focus

Participate in a 16 to 18-week paid training program, including licensing

What is Required (Qualifications):

2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills for effective sales closing

Excellent communication abilities with both prospects and customers

Proficient analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

Property and Casualty License required after hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in insurance sales or a related field

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Additional certifications related to sales or customer service

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
