What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs

Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders

Represent the employer's brand and connect customers with the right products

Adapt to different work environments and maintain a customer‑centric approach

Participate in a comprehensive training program, including licensing if necessary

What is Required (Qualifications)

2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required; 2‑3 years preferred

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales effectively

Excellent communication abilities for engaging with prospects and customers

Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills

Proficiency in typing and PC skills; Property and Casualty Insurance License required (training provided)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a sales environment, particularly in insurance or related fields

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Previous experience in a remote work setting
