What is Required (Qualifications)
2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required; 2‑3 years preferred

Excellent communication abilities for engaging with prospects and customers
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills
Proficiency in typing and PC skills; Property and Casualty Insurance License required (training provided)

Experience in a sales environment, particularly in insurance or related fields
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Previous experience in a remote work setting
