What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs

Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

Represent the employer’s brand and connect customers with the right products

Adapt to different work environments and schedules while providing excellent customer service

Participate in a paid training program that includes licensing for Property & Casualty Insurance

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required; preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales effectively

Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers

Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills

Proficiency in typing and PC skills; Property and Casualty License required after hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

2-3 years of sales experience in a related field

Experience in a customer service role that emphasizes sales

Strong ability to engage and connect with diverse clients

Familiarity with insurance products and services

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
