Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders. Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Represent the employer brand with integrity and a customer-centric approach. Adapt to varying work environments and schedules while providing excellent customer service. Complete paid training in a remote work setting, including acquiring a Property & Casualty Insurance license. What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills essential for closing sales. Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
